Remove the injection lines from the offending injector. Remove the injector hold down and remove the hold down studs by tightening two nuts against each other on the stud and then using the lower nut to unscrew the stud. Unscrew the TOP part of the injector from the lower injector \"nut\".  Be sure to remove the nozzle from the nut if it does not come out with the upper body. Screw the remover adapter into the nut that is stuck in the head and give it a few whacks with the slide hammer.
