Collection: Yanmar YM1700 / YM1700D

The Yanmar YM1700 is a 17PTO horsepower 19 engine horsepower tractor. The YM1700 is the 2wd version and the YM1700D is the 4wd version. Both models were manufactured between 1975 and 1979. There was also a YM1700B made in 1979 which received a few cosmetic upgrades like engine side panels as well as an updated dash which included a temperature gauge. The YM1700 all use the 2TR17 engine which is an 85mm bore engine. Fun fact: you can actually swap the pistons, rings, head gasket, and sleeves from a YM2000 and get an extra 3 horsepower.
