Refund policy

We really appreciate your business and will do whatever it takes to keep it!

We have a standard 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  The part must be in new condition and able to go right back on the shelf. If a part needs cleaning or repackaging it may be subject to a 10% restocking fee depending on the situation. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new and re-sellable condition.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and fix the problem as fast as possible.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your product please contact us and we will take care of all of the details. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and typically issue a refund on the same day. Please note that some banks and credit card companies may take 3-7 days to put the money back into your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at parts@brandmparts.com.
