The quality of customer service is my #1 priority. I currently have a very small crew and I can offer you much better support by email.
My Options Were:
Option A- Send you to voicemail while we are packing orders or machining parts or hire someone to answer the phone that doesn't know anything about Yanmar tractors- which makes your experience frustrating.
Option B- Your emails are quickly answered directly by the owner of the company who has over 25 years of experience and knows how to help you get what you need the first time.

I currently feel that option B gets you the best possible service.

Over 97% of the orders we receive ship the same day directly from our warehouse in Texas. Occasionally we will run out of a part but we will notify you immediately if there is any kind of delay expected. We do NOT drop ship any parts from other suppliers.

We first started selling Yanmar parts in 1999 and have been doing almost nothing but Yanmar parts ever since. Our website is relatively new but we are certainly not new to Yanmar tractor parts.

It is a mix. We do sell many original 'old stock' Yanmar brand parts where available. Many of the parts that we sell have been discontinued for a long time so there are no more OEM parts available. We try to get as many parts reproduced in the USA as possible including in our own, in house, machine shop. Many of our parts are also made by very reputable factories in India. Regardless of where the part comes from - if I would not install the part in my own tractor- I will not sell it on our website.

Currently over 97% of our orders go out the same day (M-F before 2PM CST). There are, obviously, exceptions. Occasionally there will be an unusual demand on a certain part or a supplier will run out of a part that causes a shortage. If there is ever a reason why we can't ship same day we will notify you immediately.

We do manufacture some of the parts that we sell. We have a full, in house, CNC machine shop and manufacture some of our own parts where it makes sense for us to do so. This is one reason why we stock parts that no one else has.

Unfortunately, we do not have a storefront for walk-in customers right now. Our machine shop and warehouse are right beside our house on a very secluded property so we prefer to not give out our exact address. We are actively looking for a new warehouse location so, hopefully soon, we will have a retail location.

Absolutely! We stand behind our products with a one-year warranty that covers any defects in every part.

No problem at all... it happens. Plans change, things get ordered incorrectly, maybe you ordered too many. You are always welcome to return any part that is in new and unused condition within 30 days. If we have to repackage the part or it is not able to go directly back on the shelf we may charge a 10% restocking fee depending on the situation.
