HK1500 Instructions

• Remove your factory pressure line (the small steel line not the bigger one)
• Bolt the custom aluminum adapter to your pump using included bolts, washers & included O-ring. Do not overtighten bolts. You will notice one side of the aluminum adapter has an o-ring groove and one side has a flat pocket. The fitting screws in to the flat pocket side and the o-ring sits in the o-ring groove. You can use a thick grease to hold the o-ring in place if you need to. The o-ring side goes against the hydraulic pump.
• Attach the included swivel fitting to the aluminum adapter. Position the fitting to the direction that you want and tighten the locking nut. It is an o-ring fitting so no need to overtighten. 
• Screw in the included banjo bolt adapter fitting into the transmission where your old line attached. One copper washer goes above the fitting and one below. 
• Run the included hose from the swivel fitting to the banjo fitting included with the kit.
• Tighten both hose fittings
• Double check all of your work, start the tractor, and watch for any leaks. 
• The hydraulic system will 'bleed' itself instantly as soon as you start the tractor and you will be ready to go!
