Who Makes Yanmar Tractors?

Yanmar tractors are manufactured by Yanmar Co LTD. Unlike many other tractor brands which re-brand machines manufactured by other companies, Yanmar manufacturers all of their own tractors. 

Yanmar may not have the immediate brand recognition like John Deere and Kubota but Yanmar has actually been around since 1912. They have since grown to be a major global brand, selling engines and equipment all over the world. They have a large presence, not only in the tractor and agricultural market, but also in marine and construction equipment. Yanmar even manufactured complete tractors for John Deere during the 1970's through the 1990's including the popular 650, 750, 850, 950, 1050 models. Yanmar continues to build many of the diesel engines for John Deere's compact tractor line.
