Yanmar Tractor Hydraulic Hose Coupler

This is the small section of hydraulic hose that joins the two metal suction lines. 

Shop Tip:
If this hose is cracked or 'dry rotted' it can allow the hydraulic pump to suck in air and cause the hydraulic oil to foam and the pump to slow or stop pumping. This coupler might not show an external leak but might still be sucking in air if it is cracked. 

Another Shop Tip:
This is a special hose. Regular radiator hose or vacuum hose from an auto parts store will not work with the hydraulic oil. The oil will break down the hose and cause it to fail very quickly.
