Yanmar Tractor Throttle Friction Spring Disc (each)
These special little washers act as the spring in order to keep tension on your throttle lever. You stack two of them together with the cup side facing each other and tighten the nut until you get good throttle lever drag. Then tighten the locking nut against the main nut to keep it from backing out.
